I heard this first on an Eric Adams Cd then was delighted to find it beautifully mastered on the 'Groove is Dawing Slowly' 90s boot. (That 'Dawing' still doesn't sound right to me....)

No, I'm just saying that when those boots came out there was no way to hear even the tracks you'd heard of unless you'd listened the right radio programme, been to the right club or gone to the right record shop. And there was always new stuff on every record.

For example, I'd seen this in a good few lists, but never heard it till I carried this on a white label (http://www.discogs.com/Various-Out-Vol-One/release/1505428) away from Gerald's stall at Camden, got it home and spent an afternoon retrieving my socks. Think that was the first boot I bought
